WebbI’ve tried demoing similar bikes, I got to try a Santa cruz Bronson mullet, and hated it. It felt great on the downhill but felt sluggish and large everywhere else. I tried the ibis ripely and absolutely loved it. It just clicked with me and felt really playful and nimble. I tried the transition sentinel and also loved it. I ride rocky trails that people only rode on DH bikes 10-15 years ago all the time with no problem. Maybe also try a Hightower, as that would be the most direct equivalent in Santa Cruz lineup.
