WebMar 13, 2024 · Check your balance at address, when my timing or swing is off I'll slow everything down, then start my downswing with right shoulder (rear) heading towards golf ball (not down) at the finish of my backswing, this move helps me get my timing & balance back. This also helps with weight shift, turning hips, get club on plane etc.
