The HiFiMan are more comfortable, deliver sound more consistently, and have a much better passive soundstage performance. The Sennheiser are more stable and breathable, however. The HiFiMan Sundara is a set of open-backed headphones, and as such doesn’t block outside noise much at all. If you’re hoping the HiFiMan Sundara will block out your surroundings, open-back headphones don’t really do that.

So, probably easier to EQ to a target response if you're inclined to do that. I think it has lower distortion but at less than ear-bleeding levels, it's probably not that important.
