I haven't seen anything campaign wise, but the greatest hits of Greek myth are in the Monster Manual - Medusa, Chimera, Titans (Empyrean, skip the built in fluff, or just use a Stone Giant), animated skeletons, etc. The best setting to go D&D style in that universe is probably Jason and the Argonauts.
