WebOur frustration and disappointment mainly is vented at the lack of contactabiltiy with Chronomics - they appear a totally faceless Company, with seemingly no facility to be able to talk to them, which for someone of our age group is poor and unacceptable. Everything was completed by the book, even dropping the tests off at a TUI branch to ensure safe receipt. Both tests dropped at the same time. My daughter's results came 24 hours before the flight - but no sign of my son's.
